Refund policy

We want you to love every Fraeya purchase. If you'd like to request a return or exchange, please email us at support@fraeyastore.com with your order details.

Policy Duration

Our return and exchange window is 7 days from the date your order was delivered. We unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges after 7 days.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us for returns or exchanges.

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note:

  • Taxes, customs duties, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Only the value of the returned item will be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (posting times can vary).

  3. Contact your bank to verify processing times.

If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please email us at support@fraeyastore.com.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item:

  • Email us at support@fraeyastore.com to start the process.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship your replacement.
